  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items (except in the case of manufacturing defects).

4. Return Process

  2. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days via the same payment method used at checkout.

  • The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, you may choose to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund.

  • The replacement will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Faulty Products
